Our school is a vibrant and exciting place in which to learn and we have excellent facilities to supplement the first rate education that we offer. The school is wholly focused on teaching and learning and the curriculum is enriched with fantastic additional-curricular activities and off-site visits. These have included visits to Springhill Estate, Ulster Museum, Ulster Folk Park, Bushmills Educational Centre, The Share Centre and residential trips to London and Edinburgh for the children in Primary 7.
Additional-curricular activities include: football, hockey, cookery, art, guitar, strings, woodwind & brass tuition, model air-craft club, Spanish and choir. We also provide additional after-school literacy and numeracy tuition for P6 (April-June) and P7 (September-November) to pupils wishing to undertake grammar school entrance tests.
The school is concerned first and foremost with treating children as individuals where every individual is seen as special and important. We are very proud of our school and hope that you will visit so that you can see for yourself! You are very welcome to visit us during our annual open morning in early December.
If you would like your child to be part of our exciting school community, please contact Valerie (02879632822) to organise an appointment. We would be delighted to show you around our wonderful school!
